Can you work with our existing branding or materials?
Yes, we can either build upon your existing brand guidelines or start from scratch, depending on your needs.
How do you take payment for your services?
We accept various payment methods, including bank transfers, debit cards & credit cards. A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure our services, a 25% instalment after delivery of initial concept(s), with the remaining 25% balance due upon project completion.
How involved will I be in the design process?
We believe in collaboration! You’ll be involved at key stages - initial briefing, concept approval, design reviews, and final approvals. We encourage feedback throughout to ensure the final product reflects your vision.
How many revisions are included in your services?
Usually 2 rounds per project deliverable. Additional revisions are possible but will incur extra costs.
What files will I receive?
You will receive Al, PDF, JPG, SVG, and PNG file formats, but depends on what service you choose.
Will my website be mobile-friendly?
All our websites are designed to be responsive, meaning they’ll look great on any device.
How long does a typical project take?
Timelines vary depending on the scope of the project and the service(s) you choose. A logo design could take 3 weeks, while a full brand identity design project could take 6-8 weeks. We provide clear timelines after the project is scoped.
